since there are quite a few games and mods out there, and to keep the table below compact the following abreviations will be used:

  cs  : counter-strike (a hafe-life mod)
  hl  : half-life
  q3a : quake 3 arena
  ra3 : rocket 3 arena (a q3a mod)
  tfc :	half-life team fortress classic
  ut  : unreal tournament

if no port number is mentioned then the default port for that game should be used.
