parser module

the parser (aepar) lets you read all sorts of log files and then convert them into the meta log format, that æstats⁺⁺ then uses to calculate stats. whereas the other two modules understand little to no command line parameters, the parser supports quite a list.

the present version of aepar is pretty feature compatible with preaes (æstats). now the obituary files are no longer hardcoded and can easily be edited in the config (.cfg) files. details here as soon as they are available.
